Installation of new Group ie Giants Group of Lakshya Mumbai was sponsored by Giants Group of Thane City.

The Childrens Park located at Govt. District Hospital, Beach, Calicut, was a project piloted by Giants Calicut group. The park was inaugurated on 10th Feb. 2013 by M L A Sri Padeepkumar.M. Felicitations were given by Federation vice president Sri Vijayan KK, Dr. K C Ramesan Superintendent of the hospital., Nursing college Superintendent Sri Abubacker, Sri Asokan Alaprath ,Poject /adviser ,S/s Arun and Anagha of 'Santhwananm', represenatatives of the Nurses Association.

At the meeting of the Giants Central Committee held on 2nd Sept 2012 at the Mumbai Head quarters I was honoured with the privilege of being appointed the Executive World Chairperson of Giants International.
My thanks to each of you for reposing your trust in me. It is not the post or the position, it is about being with our entire Giants families, our dedicated members who have served the organization selflessly for decades.

Giants Federation - 6  Award 2012 took place at the SDM college in
Mangalore on 20/10/12.. 7 outstanding people  were honoured for their
contributions in taking their profession to further heights  Jaya Suvarna
(Social service ) ,Dayanand Pai ( Buisness ), Dr Suresh. B Kulkarni (
Medicine ) ,Laxmilokur ( Agriculture,) Subramanya Bhat  (Journalism ), Prof
Shankar ( Entertainment ) and Chandrashekar Hegde  (sports).

At the Meeting held on 2nd September, 2012 of the Core Committes of Giants, she was nominated and approved as a worthy successor to Padmashree Nana Chudasama who has been the World Chairman of Giants International for last 40 years. He however continues as “World Chairman” of Giants.

Dr. Nayak was a founder member of the Calicut group of GIANTS International, an active member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Kerala Government Medical Officers Association, an executive committee member of the Calicut Medical College Alumni association, an active member of the Officers Club, Calicut and was actively involved in various social and charitable activities.
